"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My mother has spoken to someone 3 days prior to her appointment and a time was agreed on. I understand that (sometimes) things take a little extra time, but 1 hour+ is ridiculous especially in her severity. Also, the customer service is nonexistent in this place (if there even is any) they’re rude, don’t know how to talk to people and don’t have any empathy or understanding. I called to speak to a supervisor in regards to this issue, and see how we can accommodate my mom and she told me that I was speaking to a supervisor in the nastiest attitude. I believe in giving people the same reciprocracy that is given so best believe I did. My mom nor anyone else I know will be visiting this practice again and I will get the word out and even complain to the apropriate people who deal with consumer affairs. This review won’t be the first nor last action I will take!!"

"The receptionist is rude! While I waited for over an hour I witnessed the receptionist yelling at elderly patient just for having questions. Very unprofessional In every aspect from the moment you walk in there is a terrible smell small place rude receptionist and it must be because the dentist is equally as rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately I had an emergency and had to schedule appointment in this horrific office Stay away and I hope In the future places like these that prey on communities to offer bad services just to charge insurance companies end up shutting down. Again Dentist extremely rude!!"

"I had a apportionment with Dr Robert Mines for the first time today and I pray to God it's my last time ever seeing him. Worst experience I've ever had in the dentist office. I waited 5 hours to see him He was super rude, was not listening to what was wrong with me. Started yelling at me. I explained to him I could not open my mouth do to extreme swelling from having pericoronitis. He literally tried to pry open my mouth with his bare hands after just telling him I couldn't open my mouth wide. Told me this was my fault because I should've gotten my wisdom teeth pulled at 18 and continued to yell and tell me this was his dentist office and he can do as he pleases and speak to me any ol way. I left immediately without having any work done. I did not feel safe. He needs to be fired. He's a horrible person and dentist. Its unfortunate because the implant specialist Dr. Boris is an amazing dentist, such a nice person and the reason I've been coming to this office for over 6 years."

"Went for an extraction today and it was horrible. Office never sent me prescription to my pharmacy so I am going to be without medication for about 24 hours. Dentist was not listening to my cries of pain while he was pushing my jaw open which I could feel was about to lock. Told me it was my fault the needle went to deep because I had a natural body reflex when I felt the needle. Did not explain after care procedure or if I should go for a checkup. I have a stitch in my mouth that I have no clue whether it is dissolvable or not or whether or not I have to come back to get it removed. Ridiculous the only good thing about this place is reception they’re very nice and clear."

"This office is awful. The wait time is almost 2 hrs long. There is only one dentist at the office. I'm so going to look for a new place. The place is too small and for someone in a wheelchair it doesn't work at all. Hallways are to narrow and so are the rooms. The only thing that I can say is good the workers do their jobs. But they need more dentists in this office for all these people that come to the office. And don't get me started on the unruly patients that come here."
