"Worst pedicure ever!!! My toe nails are sharp and catch on my socks my manicurist didn’t even paint the edge of my nails. The service itself was not pleasant. The girl who serviced me never spoke and was angry. Never massaged my foot only my legs. NOT FRIENDLY AND TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Won’t be back and won’t ever recommend. Sorry to say because I have been looking for a new salon, but it won’t be here. Came here on a Monday afternoon in October so it was not their busy time. No reason to have this kind of service in these times and prices."

"Terrible under new ownership. Avoid! New owner is driving the business into the ground. First she immediately raised prices, cut the benefits with gift cards, lost four of her key nail technicians plus the receptionist. That tells you a lot right there. The scheduling is now messed up because they don’t have experienced people behind the desk many days of the week. The place also looks dirty; the sinks aren’t clean, the finger bowls for soaking are not washed and sanitized between clients and sadly must go elsewhere. Update: the new owner has now lost several more nail techs and her lead receptionist! The place is a mess and not being cleaned properly. Such a shame as the previous owner Susan had built a well run business. I guess you never know who you are selling to……."

"Giving an extra star because the nail tech who worked on my friend’s pedi was friendly, sweet, and helpful. But other than that, this was a bad experience with my nail tech. We arrived early for our pedi appointments but they still began more than 30min late. Then, because it was getting closer to closing (not our fault), my tech was rushing through the entire thing (and sweating). She was doing sloppy work and the several parts of the pedi became painful — including the filing, the cuticle pushing tool, and even the very rough/rushed leg massage. Then, while using the cuticle scissors, she cut my middle toe and it was bleeding. She said sorry, and went and got some a bottle of sort of solution to put on it and got the bleeding to stop. She continued to rush to finish the pedi because it was now past closing time, and applied the polish thick and sloppily. As we sat down to let our toes dry, we were asked to pay now. I really didn’t want to tip her but I did. Upon looking closer at home, my nails are filed all unevenly at different angles and the nail corners are sharp and snagging on eveyrthing. They look terrible. It was just an unpleasant, rushed, sloppy and painful experience."

"My daughter and I came here today without an appointment and they took us right in. We both got mani and pedicures. I got the gel manicure and very happy with the results. Thank you!"
