"Salon Coco Bond was a blessing to my daughter! She came in with a severely matted knot in her hair and left looking amazing!!! The entire staff pitched in to help us feel comfortable and at ease. Ali her stylist turned her trauma hair into beauty. Several girls pitched in to work on my daughter's matted knot. I just cannot say enough about my truly wonderful experience from the first phone call to the end of our visit. Thank you Salon Coco Bond!!! You are a blessing to us!!!"

"I am highly disappointed with the customer service at Salon Coco Bond. I had made an appointment for a keratin in person, and the same day, I canceled the appointment in person. As a customer, I did my due diligence to cancel the appointment well within the cancellation policy. It is not on the customer to ensure that the staff does their part to input cancellation into their computer systems even though I had canceled my appointment in person and I was charged $253 for service that was not rendered and free service that was canceled well before the appointment. The front desk manager, Barbara, is entirely unprofessional. She dared to speak to me in a very condescending tone and provided no conflict resolution, nor did she even apologize for a misunderstanding. Instead Barbara told me that she would make no such mistake after I said that maybe mistakes happen especially because they were busy that morning and perhaps someone didn’t follow through on confirming cancellation when I canceled in person. On the phone I had to even asked Barbara nicely to stop speaking to me like I was a child and to please check her condescending tone because all I was asking for was to speak to the owner because perhaps mistakes happen. Barbara was unwilling to connect me with the owner because she said the owner does not speak to customers about these issues and told me that there is nothing that they can do because they would never make such a mistake. Barbara ended our phone call by saying that “the conversation was over” and hung up. I have never experienced a manager, or anyone who has worked in customer service speak to me the way that I was spoken to. I am astounded that as a manager, that’s the kind of customer service that wants to be represented on the front lines of someone’s business. I hope that the owner has it in their heart to reevaluate the situation and apologize for the treatmentI received on behalf of the manager."
