XO Nails

"If I could rate this place, zero stars, I would. My experience here was horrible from beginning to end. I booked an 1130 appointment And didn't get in the chair until an hour later. they were letting other people go ahead of me who were walk-ins and had later appointments. Then when I finally got in the chair, The guy who did my nails had a VERY horrible attitude before he even started. He messed up by making one of my nails Crooked and longer than the other 4 nails. And when I kindly asked him to redo the one nail, He got up and yelled at me he saying he wasn't doing my nails anymore and to wait for somebody else Because he didn't have time for me, then walked away. I have NEVER experienced anything like this. I ended up leaving the store with half done nails Because I couldn't continue to take the horrible customer service. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time or your money."

"I walked in there as a new customer. I was happy the first three times. After that I got my nails done for my birthday getaway. I was very disappointed. It was very thick, and the shape was extremely wide. I gave them the benefit of the doubt I went back Last time he told me that the reason my nails are thick is because the color is like that I went back to do my nails and the shape is horrible. The polish is horrible around my cuticles is horrible. I’m very disappointed. I feel like once Steve seen that you return as a returning customer they get too comfortable and they don’t do the same job as when you walk in there as a first time customer Truly disappointed and they didn’t ask me when I called them to tell them how disappointed I was they didn’t say come back and will redo them or fix it. They said OK thank you after I told them that I will not be returning because I’m waiting for them to give me the option of going back to redo my nails"

"My nails were ruined in 4 hours the night before my wedding. They chipped immediately. The manicurist used a dremel on my nails bringing them so thin that it was super painful with exposed skin. I went back and was completely disregarded and thrown 15 dollars to leave after I complained when I had paid 50 plus for a mani pedi. DO NOT GO HERE!"

"I recently moved here and it’s very hard to find a good place .. and this place is top notch for sure! Jessica’s and her family are beyond amazing and inviting! Very personable. Great people!"
