"Never ever go to this place .is overpriced and the Chinese lady in front is so rude and disrespectful. It looks like they don't care about the costumers .very very bad service .I asked for both gel Mani an pedicure and she did only my hands and told me to pay 5 $ more .omg I was shocked. They are so so rude .they are rude to the Spanish ladies in the back and really don't care about no one . I'm so disappointed and never comin to this place again. They also use dirty tools she didn't wash the tools from the previous client and use it on me .be careful you might get HIV"

"I was recommended to go to Hana nails by a good friend of mine who regularly goes to joy. Upon my arrival to the salon I was seated 20 mins after my appointment time with a different woman who wasn't joy, They didn’t ask me or tell me if this was ok, they just sat me down with her and I’m thinking that this is Joy. I don’t know the woman’s name who did my nails but all I know is I will never return it was the worst gel manicure I’ve ever gotten in my life and I’ve been doing my nails for about eight years. Not only was she rude she kept answering her phone every five minutes she filed down my nails so much that my cuticles were raw, and what normally takes me two hours took 1. I left that Salon with crooked nails. It was so bad to the point where I did an about face when I left & asked them to redo these because I couldn’t leave the salon with the way my nails looked, They sent me back with the same girl who messed up my nails and she made them even more crooked than the first time. They charged me $85 and all they could tell me was they were sorry, they even called my cellphone to apologize again. But they still kept my money!! Now a week later my nail broke if I’m paying $85 for my nails they should last more than a week. I will never return to this establishment and I will never recommend this place to anybody, everybody should avoid this place by all means."

"Honestly the pedicure was fine but the manicure was a disaster. Staff was kind initially but the person doing my nails was beyond unprofessional. She kept going on her phone multiple times, then when she did my nails she legit left it ugly and smudged. I had to request someone else to fix it. All in all, I will not be coming back because the service on my hands alone was beyond pathetic. The color was nice, but the service was very sloppy."

"Used to be my favorite place. I will never go back. The prices went up and the quality went way down. Extremely rude workers who give the pedicures. They talk about you in a different language. Little did they know I speak several different languages and understood them. They gossip about the customers and judge them. They are not clean and the health department should be called on this facility. They are not following certain guidelines. It used to be warm and welcoming in here many years ago but not anymore. I do not recommend."

"I have been a loyal, paying customer since the day they opened. They have terrible customer service and only care about money. Linda the owner makes appointments and doesn’t follow them. The last 2 times I made appointments with my pedicure girl there was an issue, the first time I was told she went on vacation, so why did they book an appointment for me in the first place. Today she had someone sitting there just starting at my time. She gives me someone new and tells me she’s good and it was the worst pedicure ever. Terrible customer service. Never going back."
