"When I walked in she said 2 min wait , I sat there for 30 minutes and left , there are only 2 nail techs and one person doing pedicures, for you to be in a shopping mall you should have at least 1 or 2 more ppl"

"They are all skilled nice and I start with short nails and let them grow…. It only costs 50$ and tip! They never break and my hands are always cleaning etc… if you want long claws no where can keep them from cracking!"

"i came here for the first time and i was extremely disappointed with the results first of all i get there and the place smells like weed. With the nails I wanted a beautiful design and couldn’t get it, in fact i had to change my design because Ken couldn’t do it the lines that i wanted originally were not straight and bad. He only went over with the polish one cote when you have to do at least 3-4 each time and u can see the lines from the brush on the nail and he cut my cuticle and made it bleed."

"Absolutely appalled at the service and quality of my nails. I had beautiful, thick, healthy nails before coming here. Not only did they try to RIP OFF my previous gel, ripping my nails, they over filed my nails down and now they’re all bendy and fragile. Such a dirty salon and the paint job was so messy. The orange color is all over my skin and my polish is so bubbled and streaky. The colors are such cheap quality. After 2 coats of color it’s still not opaque.. DO NOT COME HERE IF U HAVE HEALTHY NAILS AND WANT TO KEEP THEM. For $40 this was a major disappointment and I am extremely frustrated and upset. After doing my nails she pulled out this dirty brush from a drawer drenched in oil and lathered it over my nails and hands. Not only did it mess up my nails— it also gave me a rash. This place is unsanitary and my nails are atrocious and will be ruined for months. I wish I never stepped foot in this place. also forgot to mention- because they filed my nails so so thin- my nail beds literally ache."

"It isn't the worst location but not my favorite. It is close to my boyfriend's job. The gentleman that works there is my favorite. He takes his time and does a beautiful job. Also if a mistake is done they do what they can to fix it asap."
