"If I could I would write 0 stars. I’ve never written a review before but I felt like I had to. My pedicure was fantastic no mistakes. But then I go and get my eye brows done and she rips my skin off of my face. I ask her “did you just rip my skin off?” And she dismisses me and says “no no you just have thin skin” then I go to go get my manicure and it’s still burning and I ask my mom to look at it. She tells the owner that she ripped a layer of my skin off and she tells my mom that she knows and dismisses her too. Then she continues to put Vaseline on like that would help. Well it didn’t it just burned even more. The lady doing my nail is doing a horrible job and is cutting my cuticles and I’m telling her not to go so low but she just kept tell me that she wasn’t finished. I was in pain and losing my patients so I say I’m going to leave and just pay for my pedicure. She lets me pay for my pedicure but then tells me to sit down and that she will finish my nails (the owner). I then sit there for another 25 minutes waiting and I get inpatient and ask her if she’s going to finish my nails soon or not. She just told me a little longer. So I left. Do not come here."

"I had a HORRIBLE experience! The nail tech Linda, cut into my skin, telling me my skin was TOO thin. She literally rubbed the bottle to disinfect the cut ON my cut. After multiple attempts to stop the bleeding, she put NAIL GLUE ON THE CUT (it still continued to bleed). I got acrylic tip with a gel coat and she did a sloppy job. She completely missed the sides of my nails and when I pointed it out to her, she got annoyed and went over it but on my skin too. It wasn’t until she was finished that I realized that on some of my nails, she didn’t use the correct size. Underneath and the some sides of the nails were not properly filed. I got a coffin style and on one of my nails the top is at a slant like if it was lipstick shaped styled! She had an attitude with me the entire time and after I paid I showed her that paint over lapped my skin and politely asked her if she could fix and she tells me with annoyance, “this is why you have no nails”. Never in my life have I ever been treated so rudely and horribly at any other nail salon and I will GLADLY never return there after my experience. If possible, I would give it zero stars. Word of advice, go to a different salon where the nail techs aren’t rude and get the job done right!!"

"Kim is outstanding. Owners changed 2 years ago the new owners are upleasent , lazy !!! They don’t order new colors , they don’t out them in orders they don’t clean the way they should. Poor Kim does as much as possible but she is not the owner - so how do you keep the business up I’d the owners are lazy? Especially the woman owner. The man at least works hard. It’s disheartening to see this site deteriorate after the previous owners who tearted it manicured !!!"

"What a HORRIBLE experience. They do not clean any of their tools. The lady doing my pedicure was terrible - she would not stop TALKING to the other workers in Chinese. Like the entire time. She kept stopping in the middle of my pedicure SEVERAL times and it is very annoying and took double the time it should have. I would never come back here again."

"The lady that did my nails was sweet, but she had no idea what she was doing. She cut me serveral times on multiple fingers. And still kept digging into my skin. Also, the application of the acrylic and polish was sloppy. I won't be going back."
