"The tech did not cut cuticles properly and no massage at all. I asked him about it and he seemed angry and scrubbed aggressively. The environment is loud and they speak to each other way too much when they should be focusing on the customers. They are friendly , but def not a relaxing environment. And my nail tech (young male) was not in the least bit interested in doing a good job. He should choose another career, I won't be back."
