"Sooo today was my very first time here (5/7/23) & I must say the place is nice!! Amy the nail tech is rough though. I kept telling her take her time & asked her to be gentle. I was also sleepy & had to be a work in a couple of hours from the arrival time. She continued to work at a fast pace & was still being rough. I’m very patient & wasn’t in the mood for arguing. I asked if she was ok & how her day was going & she stated she was fine. I paid $74 plus $11 tip for my services. I tipped due to how my nails turned out! Next time I’ll be more awake to ensure she isn’t so rough. She does good work, just rough. She also kept pushing my foot back into the bowl. I honestly didn’t think anything of this ordeal. Next time I’ll have to request someone else if she doesn’t get it together! The owner was there & said nothing. I was literally being nice. Good work does not mean you can handle people any kind of way!"
