"Luxury! That's what comes to mind when I think of the excellent service I just received. I felt so relaxed and calm. It reminded me of being in SoJo spa, I was transcended to a different place. She took her time, ensuring every intricate detail was done. The environment was calm, zen and tranquil, she constantly asked me if I was ok, if anything hurt. I felt absolutely no pain and she was very gentle. I could not believe my hands after she was done with them. I am in love with them and I am a forever client. I've already sent 2 of my friends her booking info so they can have the same amazing experience. As a woman of color, we don't usually get that type of service and it was truly appreciated. After detailed explanations of the different services she provides, she recommended a BIAB manicure which was so worth it, since I have short nails. She made me feel very comfortable & she ensured that my nails were what I wanted. Space and equipment were sanitized, music was a vibe and the conversations were great.
