"Terrible experience..manicurist photographed me while I was getting a PAINFUL, unprofessional neck rub. After my manicure the manicurist got up to rub my neck. Incidentally I was not asked or informed that I would be charged for this. The other manicurest sitting at the next station took out her phone and snapped a picture of me and was laughing. She began speaking to the other manicurest in Chinese both laughing at the picture she just captured. I told her to delete photo and she continued laughing. I was absolutely furious and walked to the register to pay and was told that a $15 tip was not enough! So here's a tip! treat your customers with respect. I won't be back."

"Terrible service, gel nails peeled off one day after doing it, I returned to get it fix and the manger or new owner (only guy there) acts annoyed and like he was doing me a favor as well constantly talks about you in their language, how are you a leader yet not showing workers how to treat the customers. Very rude on the phone Very rude in person. Service sucks, nail polish are no good, but yet they charge top price. Workers act like five dollar tip is not good enough. To make matters worse from my Nails that were peeling, he only change 5 nails that peeled, and put two different colors on my nails never again!! They won’t be in business very long if they keep up with this. I agree with all the one stars on here."

"If I could give less than one star I would. The lady who did my nails was fighting with another lady. I asked them to stop and they didn't and finally the manager had to tell them to stop. She then proceeded to do a callous removal on my heels and she did a terrible job. When I asked to do remove more callous she said "no can't do that". I never got a leg/foot massage either which I paid for. When I went to complain to the manager he laughed. I will never go back to this establishment."

"Absolutely disgusted at how I was treated here. Went in for a simple mani pedi and the nail lady who was working over there was being extremely rude to me. First, she snapped at me to turn off my massage chair when she was doing my pedicure and when it was time to start my manicure, I paid and gave her a 5 dollar tip and she snapped at me publicly and said that I gave her a low tip and left me feeling absolutely humiliated. I was very shocked at how I was treated and stayed quiet and proceeded to dry my nails. Afterwards, I looked up and saw my nail polish was chunky and smudged and looked like it was done by a 5 year old! I went to the manager and showed him and he was nice enough to fix it, however, I was absolutely disgusted at how the nail technician treated me and will never be going back. This is no way to treat paying customers and left extremely upset at the treatment I received at this nail salon."

"Absolutely terrible service !! I normally do not leave reviews at all but this was just horrible. I wanted my gel tips removed and just to get a regular gel manicure. It seemed the woman did not understand my request but proceeded to attempt to remove the tips and after about 5-10 minutes someone else had to take over because she had absolutely zero idea what she was doing. At that point I said just remove the tips and forget the gel manicure, clearly it seemed to be too much to ask. Well at that point the man who took over simply removed the tips and sent me on my way. Did not shape or file nails at all they are completely uneven and you can still see the remainder of gel left behind on nail bed. Looks so bad I will definitely not be returning"
