"I went to Ms Diva for many years every 2 weeks. I never got a hello, goodbye, thank you, or Merry Christmas from the girl who did my nails after I gave her a $50 cash gift and a 20% tip. In fact, she was rude to me. The girl who did my pedicures was very nice."

"I have literally never written a negative review in my life, but I have beyond disappointed in the service I received at Diva. When I first arrived with my appointment, they realized that they overbooked, and had the women working the front desk do my pedicure and powder manicure. Half of the pedicure, she wasn’t even looking at my toes, she was staring at the appointment book. After she finished painting, she left paint all over the outside of my toes. I asked her to fix it, and she only fixed one of my toes my scraping it with her nails. My powder manicure has chipped after 12 hours. Will never. be going back."
