"First timer review: I came here on a Thursday late afternoon with a friend. The space is very nice/ inviting. The receptionist was great as well. I liked that the space felt super calm as opposed to chaotic. With that said, the mani pedi wasn’t worth the price simply because it was nothing special from what I would’ve gotten at a spot that was half the price (I got gel mani and basic pedicure). I give it 3 stars because I really liked the vibe however, I probably won’t go back due to the insane price for nothing special quality. I agree with the other reviews that the quality doesn’t match the price point. It’s not a bad mani/pedi but for $35+ pedi and $45+ gel mani, it has to be more than decent in my opinion. I definitely left feeling like my nails have looked better from a regular no frills nail salon. I think you’re really paying for the atmosphere more than anything else so if you don’t mind atmosphere over quality then it’s a good choice. One thing I did appreciate was that my friend and I started/ finished at the same time."

"Horrible. I expected a much better experience. First of, the technician beckoned me from across the salon, which is extremely rude. She should of walked herself to the front and walk me over to the nail station. I paid extra to get the hot vitamin E /lotion treatment, it was less than 3 minutes. The technician was rushing through out the whole process. A woman that was there before me getting a regular manicure left after me!! The nail polish was messy, uneven and all over my cuticles, the sides of my nails were left without polish!! The lady in the front was nice and removed some polish that was left on my finger tips. I can’t believe I paid for this! Terrible, rushed not professional service."

"Love this place for pedicures! Experience is always relaxing and the polish stays on for a long time. My most recent visit I had Kelly doing my mani/pedi and she was amazing, I highly recommend asking for her if possible!"

"The quality of the work done here does NOT match their price point. Unfortunately not satisfied with my nails. The photos i’ve attached are only day 3. This is a GEL manicure btw. The polish is uneven, filled with bubbles and chipped. I ask the woman when applying if she noticed the polish seems uneven. She fixed one but reassured me they were fine. The nails seem as though I applied the polish myself at home. I would not return here."

"I absolutely loved my experience here. The ambiance was just right. The design of the room looked unique which was quite appealing. The staff was extremely kind. Vilma did my mani and pedi and I enjoyed my experience with her. I definitely recommend if anyone goes to ask for Vilma. The manager was hospitable and helped me to even take pictures of my experience. The music kept the vibe just right and I felt very relaxed. I would recommend if you love your service with class and style."
