"I got my nails done Saturday evening and everything was perfect then, however, after only one and a half days, Monday morning, I noticed that the gel polish on my thumb is chipped! This is the second time that this happened to me after getting my nails done here. I did my nails for a work conference and I am really disappointed in the results."

"Beautiful job on my nails for the holidays - they looked gorgeous and lasted a long time. However, when I returned for gel removal, they really damaged my nails. They filed the gel off down to the nail and did an extremely fast acetone soak. They used a ton of force scraping off the gel that clearly wasn’t yet soaked off. Now my nails are thin, damaged, and breaking (including a really deep break on my thumb nail). Gel needs time to properly soak off and this salon cut all the corners. Please note how long my nails were with gel first applied compared to how short I had to cut them after. This is also bad for business because if my nails had stayed healthy, I would’ve returned much sooner for another manicure. Another sketch thing was when I called to ask how much gel removal was they quoted me $30, which I thought was absurd. I specifically asked if this applied to gel manicures applied at THIS salon and they said yes. I showed up anyway and they only charged me $15."

"Just had without a doubt the best mani of my life with Lilian at the new QQ location. Was so sad when Cologo closed but so far this place is a great substitute! Lilian took her time and got every detail right so my nails can look their best when I officiate a wedding this weekend!"
