"Worst and messiest manicure I have ever received. They must be paying someone to leave positive reviews, because I could have done a better job myself. Gloppy, uneven coats, etc. I showed this terrible job to the owner, and she just said, “Sorry.” Had to go get another manicure right afterwards to fix this mess. Don’t believe the positive reviews!"

"I called and booked for two gel manicures but they only booked for one and when I confirmed it over the phone when I made the appointment he yes for two gel manicures but only put down one. Now I had rescheduled for my appointment."

"I’ve been coming here almost a year so far. They are very clean and very nice at this location. Just make sure to make an appt. before coming in. I especially like how May does my nails perfectly; clean, polished and takes her time. I’ve also had Michael do my nails, as well and he is also great too. Also, they are able to do nail art, like simple and cute designs with stamps. This is definitely a place I’ll consistently be coming to especially since it is like a 5 minute drive from where I live."

"Love this salon, It’s Always Very Clean, The Staff is Friendly, I’ve never had to wait, They do a great job in a short amount of time and Location is perfect there’s always parking!! I’ve gone to other places in the area that are not half as nice, and don’t do as good a job on my nails. 5Stars to cozy Nails!!! BTW. The Man Who Dose Fillins is Amazing, My Nails Are Beautiful when he dose them!!!"

"THIS LOCATION IS NOW CALLED COZY NAILS Esther did my nails today she was very angry.  She mumbled words and pulled my hands and feet whenever she needed me to do something, instead of speaking. As I tried to create a brief conversation,  it was clear she spoke English very well, therefore we didn't have any misunderstanding due to language. Bottom line,  my manicure/pedicure looked horrible. It's important for me to support local businesses, but quality of service and excellent customer service is important for any business.  I believe they have work to do! I shared my feedback with the owner. She was kind and offered me a free future service. I declined because this is not a location I will return too. I did thank her for time."
