"Initially I was impressed by the cleanliness and aesthetic of the salon. The service started great, I got a dip powder manicure and regular pedicure. However this initial assessment went out the window after the second day as my nails already started looking scratched. As the week went on, the entire top coat peeled and my nails looked like absolute trash. I was on vacation and it was quite embarrassing to have my nails looking like this. I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks and I have never had my dip powder manicure peel in this way, immediately after a service. While I do think the price is reasonable compared to some other salons in the area, I find it unacceptable for the nails to not last more than 1-2 days. I’d rather take my business elsewhere"

"I’ve been going to their previous UES location for SNS for the last few years. I started coming to the Tribeca location when it opened. Born and raised in NYC I know what I like and don’t like—I have a high appreciation for detail—especially shape of my nails. It took me a while time to grow out my nails and it can be difficult finding technicians that are honest about their capabilities — especially in an over saturated NYC market. The technicians here are skilled and experienced. Maggie takes time to do a great job and make sure my nails look their best. As a bonus, the salon is chic and well-maintained. It's a relaxing and enjoyable experience all around!!"
