"I went to this place a couple of times now, the only reason being its convenient location, NOT due to the staff’s behavior which is beyond RUDE! My experience 2 days ago was particularly disappointing when I had gone in and asked for removal of my gel nail polish and a cut and file.After the lady filed my nails in like 1 minute, I politely asked her to check the nails once again because they weren’t at all in the shape I wanted and they were uneven! I mean I could have done a better job at home to be honest! She was RUDE and told me that she doesn’t see any problem and my nails are like that! She didn’t even take a look at them and walked away! Pathetic experience! Never going back here again, I see now why the reviews for this place are low! I would rate it a zero if I could especially after giving this place another chance after multiple disappointing experiences!"

"HORRIBLE. SPOT . This must be the worse pedicure spot I’ve been to . HORRIBLE ! my feet looked worse than when I came in . The worker with the colored hair whatever her name is is horrible she’s not ready to see clients she has a lot to learn . I was shocked when she said she was complete . "$30 pedicure is a SCAM!! They will just apply products and tell it’s done in 5 mins. Then they ask you to pay more for extra duration. They will end up giving you bruises on skin around the nails. How pathetic and fooling people around. Worst salon ever to ruin your mood, your nails, your skin and hard earned money. Also they won’t wipe your wet feet and splash water so unprofessionally that it will wet your clothes too. Worst ever!"

"I’ve been consistently coming here for over a year now and won’t go any where else. Mariluz put me on to gel manicures. She does the best job. She not only has a steady hand but she takes care of your nails while making them immaculate. Their pedicures are always divine and last me a long time. I really enjoy coming here & haven’t ever left unhappy. 100% check this place out, I can’t refer this location and Mariluz enough. Here’s my latest (& now most favorite) gel manicure she did! Thank you & see you next time!"

"DO NOT GO HERE!!! I just spent the biggest waste of time and money in this DUMPY, TRASHY nail place. Worst customer service and even worse technical skills. Just gross. I just moved to the area and was hopeful considering a friend recommended it, but I should have heeded her warning when she said she really only goes there if she doesn’t have time to go to her preferred spot in the city. I’m so furious right now, I’m close to sending the health department over there to shut them down. Pictures don’t even quite capture the poor workmanship let alone that I was cut and burned multiple times by hot towels despite having said they were too hot right out of the warmer. I mean, you just can’t make this up."
