"Disappointing experience. Made an appt here because my regular technician at another local salon is out temporarily. Was able to get an appt for the time I requested but it was over before I blinked my eyes. The young lady was lovely but didn’t focus on me. She was watching and listening to surrounding activity conversations and barely looked at my feet and legs. I had to ask if she cut the cuticles on one foot because I didn’t even remember she had done it. The topper was having to pay $30. I pay $30 at my other usual salon and it’s much, much better service and a meticulous pedicure. Won’t be going back to Chic,"
