"The team in this place is amazing, they always demonstrate a lot of professionalism and they care for their clients, so clients walk out of there happy. They have a new technology that allow them to have a very customize nail design. You can bring in a picture that you like and they can make this design in your nail. Since I’m going to Disney, I asked for some Mickey face on my nails and look how beautiful it turned out."

"My boyfriend booked a manicure and pedicure for my birthday as a little surprise for me and I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my service. I went in and told them I was there for my mani/pedi and the lady said “mmhm no, he just booked a regular manicure” — I thought maybe he made a mistake (which I found weird because he’s previously booked for me and knows I ONLY get gel). Later, I found out that they lied and said he booked a “regular manicure” for me because they wanted to head out when in reality he booked a mani AND pedi with the lady at the front desk (who wished me a happy birthday). He even spoke with her about me getting a French manicure AND pedicure and the cost of it so he could cover it. Point being, I hate liars, I hate businesses that feel comfortable lying to potential lifetime clients. Nonetheless, the manicure was okay, nothing fancy or special about it. I am annoyed that I couldn’t get what was specifically booked for me and was dismissed as soon as I walked into the door. In terms of color selection: they didn’t have much & my nails were shaped weird. I hate that I wasted time going through with the service ON MY BIRTHDAY. I left with little boy hands that were filed unevenly and shaped weird. I recommend looking for a better salon if you’re going to be spending your money anyway. They don’t have many colors, they’re probably not going to go forward with the service you actually booked, they’re eager to leave towards the end of the day especially and will rush or gaslight you. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!"

"My husband’s first and last time here. Waste of money and waste of time. Usually when a person gets their nails done. It should come out nice. His nails came out the same way he arrived. Never again. (Nails could have been buffed a bit more and cuticles could have been cleaned better) Zoom in to see."
