"I went to this place LAST year and had a horrible experience. It was so bad I felt inclined to write about it today. First, my manicure tech had no idea what she was doing and made my gel set SOOO thin that it made all of my nails break. She also decided to put glitter when I never asked for glitter- then I was so fed up I just said ok fine. She also did not clean my cuticles and the excess nail polish. No lotion or handwashing- nothing. Additionally, while I was getting a pedicure, I was feeling ill while the pedicurist was cutting my toe nails. I went to the bathroom for literally less than 5 minutes (I was looking at the time). When I got out of the bathroom, a NEW customer was in my pedicure chair while my shoes AND coat were clearly near the chair and the pedicurist knew i was in the middle of my pedicure??? I guess people can’t use the restrooms mid pedicure. I was FUMING at this point and didn’t even bother to finish my pedicure (she only cut my toenails on one foot). Anyway- overall horrible experience. the owner clearly is running a MACHINE and cares about QUANTITY of clients over QUALITY of client care. Never going here ever again!"

"LET ME START OFF BY SAYING SOPHIA has a guys who answers the phone calls to make in an appointment, he clearly tells me it was $15 dollars for a gel pedicure over the phone so I set my appointment. Once I’m paying Sophia tells me it’s $50 dollars & saying all this cramp about the person I spoke with is American. Like girl over here trying to disrespect me. She don’t know how to do her job. Definitely won’t ever return back. She doesn’t even finish with a person and is already getting another person started with. She’s needs to learn how to respect and have manners for people . I wish I can give this nail salon a rate of 0"

"Julianna is absolutely amazing! I went and asking for a Russian manicure, and although they do not do those, she reassured me that she would do a very beautiful job. I was a little hesitant, but also willing. When she started working on my nails, they were super short, but she was able to push back and make them look absolutely beautiful and much longer. She did a gel x top coat so my nails can get stronger. The price is a little bit more compared to the competitors in this area, but absolutely worth every penny. The nail salon does not have a strong smell at all and feels very clean. Julianna is literally my new go to person."

"I got the most basic acrylic nails done and wasn’t even fully straight and they have the audacity to charge me 80.00 . These shops are charging the same amount as personal mail techs and their work isn’t even worth it . If y’all are going to charge customers that much make sure your work is worth cuz it damn sure not worth 80.00. I haven’t been back since . STICK TO YOUR NAIL TECHS !!!"

"Highly disappointed at the quality of work & lack of attention. The owner seems to have a good concept but my experience was definitely not worth coming back. Had one tech taking off my polish & didn’t pay attention to my purse, all the acrylic residue fell all over it. While I’m sitting during my pedicure someone else proceeds to place the soak off on my lap without anything under it, it seems it was too full & spilled all over my dress leaving a huge stain. The tech doing my pedicure did horrible polishing my toes & then when doing my manicure cuts my skin on my ring finger. & left my skin with residue of the acrylic. Just no, if you are looking for a high end quality experience this isn’t the place."
