"I don’t know how this place has more than 1 star.. I went in this past weekend. The place is filthy, disgusting and I can’t imagine the tools are sanitized. Went in for manicure and eyebrows l. My eyebrows were cut all the way down and the lady convinced me not do my manicure just because I didn’t want gel. I explained to her gel makes my nails brittle and she kept saying there’s no point in doing my nails then. I’m sure it was due to money."

"Horrible service! I went there for the first time. I don’t know the girl name but I had a young Hispanic/Latino woman. She was not professional at all and barely provided me the service expected with nail care. No massage and barley scrubbed my legs and feet. She didn’t put cuticle oil on my nails and just pushed my cuticles back and now I have pain in my pinky finger. I can tell she was she getting frustrated with me because I had a hard time deciding on nail color but she didn’t have to provide less care. She didn’t file/ shape my nails properly and would miss spots with the polish. When I asked to fix, it was like I was bothering her. My nails chipped literally hours later and I had gel done. Very unprofessional place and treat you at less. I regret ever going there in the first place and plan on NEVER going back there again"

"I NOW HAVE FUNGUS AFTER USING THIS PLACE TWICE FOR PEDICURE. Nikki did both pedicures the first one was ok I went again due to the place being close to me, Nikki did my feet again and she cut me too low as well as she scrub my heel too much I had rub burn now I’m noticing I have fungus in my two big toes I did mistakenly not take notice to the things she’s used on my feet which was a terrible mistake.they like to use the drill to get the gel off which should be soaked off but I get they want to get you in and out but I’m pretty sure after reading other reviews they haven’t changed those drill bits in a while now my toes nails are getting ate up by the fungus I’m furious and will be calling to see what else can be done this is disgusting and I will never be going back there please run from this place they ruined my perfect toes"
