"I don’t recommend this place. The nail techs are nice and hard working, but the owner does not know how to treat her clients. She is very nasty, inpatient and rude I don’t recommend this place if you want to be stress free when you get out of there. My problem with the owner was this past summer when I was getting ready to take my vacation the next day. The nail tech that was very nice to me and wanted me to be happy with the nail color I selected after looking closely to the nail color I was not too pleased with the selection and the nail tech offered to change the nail color on all my nails, and the owner was so upset and started getting loud on me because I was going to get my nails redone. I was not getting any crazy design just something simple and basic and was furious to the extreme that I told to clam down and that that her costumer service was terrible. After the tech was done I gave her a decent tip and drove away to never again come back to that place. Terrible customer service and mean and nasty owner. I don’t recommend this place."
"Well I used to use Pure a few years ago and had nothing but problems and Cindy the owner always gave attitude. I decided to give it another try since I know quite a few people who still go there. BIG MISTAKE. After two days I already had the UV gel break off my nail. So disappointed. Now I have to go back to the place I started using when I left Pure the last time to have them fix it."
"The manager literally tried to pick the nail polish off the skin of my toe with her nail! I should start by saying this is the 1st negative google review I’ve ever written. Usually if the service isn’t good I either don’t go back or give the business another chance. The service here was so bad that I would hate for anyone else to spend their hard earned money here. I came in today for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. As the 1st lady aggressively filed the top coat off my nails to remove my existing gel polish, she scraped my cuticles multiple times. (We all know that cuticle area is very sensitive) I didn’t say anything and just sucked it up. She wraps each finger in acetone and aluminum foil and tells me to sit in one of the pedicure seats, I make my way over and she meets me there. The gel removal on my toes was even worse. She used an extremely rough electric file, combined with a corse nail file and again beats my cuticles completely up! Base coat was applied all over the nail and the skin on the sides of the nail. (In the photo you can see puddles of clear top coat polish on the sides of the toes and all over the skin which I didn’t notice until after my manicure) When she’s finished, after an hour and a half, I go to a different lady for my gel manicure, she was a little better. However, when it came to painting my nails, the cuticles did not get left behind. I asked her to please clean up those areas and she got upset. As she’s finishing up I take the time to look at my toes… Never had a pedicure done this poorly. After being there for 2.5hrs for a gel manicure/gel pedicure. I went to the front desk to pay the manager. This is how the conversation went: Manager: (with an attitude) “Card or Cash?” Me: “Before I pay, can you please tell me the name of the lady who did my pedicure last?” (I really liked her, she was not rushing or messy, so I was willing to come back and just go to her) Manager: “I don’t know who did your pedicure!” Me: “Isn’t it here on my little card?” (They give you a little “after 10 visits you get a free manicure” card and they log the date you came and who did your service but I couldn’t make out the name. Ps. She filled out the card. Manager: “oh I don’t know.” Me: “Ok, because to be honest I am not happy with my service today.” Manager: (Blank Stare) Me: “Would you like me to show you?” Manager: (Blank Stare) Me: (At this point I walk to the side of the table to show her what I mean) “There’s top coat all over the skin and the cuticles are all painted in white polish, the pinky toe has white polish all over the skin” (I was trying to speak low to not offend the nail techs or put them on the spot) Manager: “WHAT THIS? THIS IS TOP COAT!?” (Picks at the huge dried up piece of top coat on the side of my toe and scratches me in the process) Me: “ok please stop” I walk back around the front of the desk and wait for her reply. Manager: (Blank Stare) Me: waiting… Manager: “Uhhh I don’t know” Me: “I’m telling you I’m not happy with the service that was provided.” Manager: “It’s $60, usually $67 but you did manicure too.” Me: “I should be ok with this because it’s $60 and not $67?” Manager: “Uhhh well” Me: “So you are not willing to do anything to rectify the situation?” Manager: (Shrugs shoulders) Me: “Ok, thank you very much” (I pay and leave) The photos speak for themselves & the polish is already lifting after 4 hrs, $60 downy the drain. Just do yourself a favor and don’t spend your money here. Just don’t."
