"The owner and his side kick Peter are very RUDE. Poor customer service. When you walk in they immediately start speaking in their language while looking you up and down to determine if they want to do your nails. They are definitely racist. Understand you are not the only nail place in Central Valley/ Monroe area and most certainly NOT the BEST. You have been getting away with your rudeness for a long time. Jimmy Nails we don't need you. You need our business. DO BETTER... If I could give no stars I would."

"I used to absolutely LOVE getting my nails done here.. the one tech was wonderful and was the only one who could properly do my nails.. since I have smaller mail beds.. Now, I never knew you needed an appointment as I’ve always been a walk in.. never waited more than 15 minutes to sit in a chair for my service.. anyway I went in tonight around 5:15 TWO technicians were there and two clients were leaving.. Peter, asked me if I had an appointment to which I said no “Im sorry, I didn’t know I’ve usually been helped as a walk in and he said he couldn’t do it because he has a 5:30.. anyway I HAVE TO LEAVE THE SALON at this point my partner left and was well out of the way to come get me.. so I had to sit in 30 degree weather outside.. and what’s funny is I was standing outside for at least twenty more minutes and Peter wasn’t even doing the nails. I wouldn’t be so upset actually I wouldn’t be at all if I wasn’t told to step outside and refused service for no real reason..it seems. So disappointed. It’s really gone down hill. Will never go there again. And will never recommend this place ever again to any clientele or family anymore either."

"Horrible. Prices are way over priced. I got my nails done on Saturday and by MONDAY 4 of my nails had cracks in them? For the price you pay, you’d think they’d atleast last a week. Save your money and go somewhere better."
