I am very particular about my nails and I must say she is an expert at her craft, and so knowledgeable and passionate about her technique. I got the builder gel, I couldn’t be happier! "The individual that check me in was very nice , pleasant, welcoming & was helpful. (Love her curly hair! ) The owner never fails to greet me with a smile. She is always very welcoming as well. Love that about her. Thomasa the nail tech was profesional and interacted with me during my visit. She was very respectful. Made me laugh. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I was happy with my nails. She works fast. She did exactly what I wanted. My nails look very pretty. Love them! Beach ready!"

"Let me start by saying I’ve never been here and really do understand and appreciate customer loyalty, however that doesn’t excuse acting like your new customer is an inconvenience is unacceptable. I called at 12:45 to see if they had openings for a gel mani and regular pedi at 3pm and at first the woman on the phone seemed distracted and a little rude because I didn’t understand their policy of not scheduling a pedicure (because they “had enough girls” so it would be first come first serve) and she would only schedule a manicure, but she lightened up which is why I ended up scheduling. When I got there, there was no one at the front desk—that’s fine I get it, it happens. I was waiting a few minutes looking at the jewelry they were selling and another woman walked in behind me a couple minutes later someone came back to the front desk addresses the woman behind me, who has an appointment in over an hour, and asks to get a pedi while she’s waiting so the girl finds someone to get her pedi done. Only then does she ask me if I’m here for an appointment I say I would like a gel mani and regular pedi and she tells me to pick out a color. Half the colors are in opaque boxes (which is honestly just an inconvenience and if I wasn’t already annoyed I would be okay with it) so it took be a few minutes and then when I come back there’s a different girl at the front. I tell her I picked my color and she looks at me and says with an attitude if I have an appt. I tell her yes at 3 (it’s now 3:10) she looks around and tells me to have a seat to wait. Then the first girl comes up and asks if I scheduled with the nail tech specifically or if it doesn’t matter. I say I’m fine with anyone and she gets another nail tech about 5 minutes later. My manicure lasted less than 25 minutes which if fine if you’re not charging $35 for a manicure that ends up lumpy looks unprofessional, and the tech didn’t do any soaking or pushing of cuticles so it looks a little messy. The reason why my appt was so short was because 5 minutes into the tech doing my nails her actual appt comes in so she has clearly been double booked. I then wait about 20 minutes to get a pedicure which honestly was fine but the entire experience and the job they did was just really not worth $70."

"I have been coming to this nail salon since it’s inception and I love it! They are always in the now with the top of the line products, best customer service and always make sure you leave exceptionally happy. I always get my nails done UV gel with Nina and my toes done with Patricia. No matter what my requests are, the staff here always goes above and beyond to make sure I am well taken care of. As a mom of 3, I love going to a place that makes sure I feel rested, pampered and pleased by the end of my visit! Highly recommend!"
