"I love this salon. All the ladies that work there are fantastic, especially Loa, who I've been going to for 5+ years now. Loa is amazing when it comes to colored hair, she's helped me turn my hair red, green, purple and blue. Not only does she know what she's doing, she always has great suggestions for what to do with my color. And, anytime I've asked about a hair product she knows exactly what to recommend and will even use the product (if she has it) on me so I can see how I like it. I've never used any of the other ladies, but every time I'm there and I see the results on other customers I am so impressed. No matter what type of hair you have, or what color you want to dye your hair, you seriously need to go to Elle's. Everyone is greeted when they walk in the door and are made to feel welcome. Of course, I can't forget Joan, the nail technician. I've been getting my nails done by Joan for 6+ years. She always does a fabulous job and is such a pleasure to chat with."

"What a terrific, fairly priced and highly skilled women owned small business! I have been having my hair done by Lily for more years than I care to claim as I will age myself. Joan is a top-notch nail tech, whose skill and artistry are unmatched. When Bianca is washing your hair, I promise you will not want to leave her chair. I’ve had the privilege to see work done by all the girls in the salon and let me tell you, people always walk out of there, looking like 1 million bucks."

"I went into the salon with an inspiration picture of my hair. I was told the job can get done. After the 3rd attempt in achieving that goal I was told they weren’t comfortable achieving my inspiration picture because they cared about the integrity of my hair. I found a stylist who was comfortable and is amazing but she is far. I stood with the stylist who got me to fully blond hair and reached back out to Elle’s later to see if they would take me on as a client again for the sake of closeness. I was going to bring them more clients plus consider coming back. They responded and said no because they are “overbooked”. Not only did they not take accountability for not getting my hair the way they said they can originally. They took it personal that I found someone who can fully blond me. So much so where they are losing future clients and said I couldn’t come back because they are “full”. If you are looking for professionalism this salon is not it."
