"I went on a day and time that was not very busy, so I was seen right away. I was happy that they charged a reasonable price for a gel fill-in. $10 less than a nail salon down the street. The technician did a thorough job and took the time to really let the gel and nail polish set. The business card says "New City Professional Nails.""

"I visited this place on a Tuesday morning, July 2022. Tony did my nails. I got a gel fill in for $30. He was professional, polite, detailed, and the price was reasonable. They also have new chairs and new equipment. Looks like they spruced the place up. It was a good experience for me."

"I use to come to this nail salon for many years but then I stopped because I started doing my own nails and feet. But I had a vacation a few months ago and figured I should treat myself, so after work I drove over, and didn't see any customers inside so I thought this is perfect. WRONG! When I got inside, there was just one customer that just finished getting her pedicure and started getting her nails done. So the male owner cleaned the foot tub and told me to soak my feet until the pedicure lady was ready. As soon as she came over, she took my toe polish off fairly quickly, then asked if I wanted my toe nail cut, I said yes. She cut my toe nails and proceeded to file the nails, all of the toe nails were uneven. So I told her that they all needed to be filed straight, she got an attitude with me and the female owner told her to get up so she can file. Once she filed, then the pedicure lady came back to finish. She started rushing the cutting cuticles, the nail polish was clumpy(the owner came over again to fix that), and the complete experience was terrible. She barely massaged my legs or feet. And I felt like I had to watch her while she was giving me the pedi because she didn't care how it came out. The attitude of the pedicure women was unbelievable and dismissive it wasn't worth the $20. Complete disappointment. I didn't feel relaxed or happy and I repainted my toe nails a day later. I would not recommend."

"Let me preface this by saying if I could rate a “0” I would. I just went in for a regular manicure/pedicure and the woman who did my nails couldn’t even stay awake. She literally kept falling asleep and unfortunately, now my nails look like my 3 year old painted them. In addition to the place being super dirty, after trying to inform the manager of my dissatisfaction I was met with an “okay”. Please do not waste your money here. I am honestly so shocked they are still in business."
