"I got a regular mani/ pedi, and waxed my lip, sideburn and eyebrows. The owner is very kind but my services weren’t up to parr. First, I asked if they mapped out for eyebrow waxing and they said they did. I asked if she got all the hairs and she said yes and then two customers arrived and I was still putting my sandals on when she turned the lights off on me. I know she’s quick and very attentive with her customers but this was just a little off putting. I didn’t think much of it until after I left. I showed my nail tech an inspo pic and she had me pick a color and I just double checked with her that she thinks this would match and she did. The inspo pics nails are beautiful but I have shorter nails so I didn’t expect the same look but at least the color. While she was working I asked if she could just do the tops and edges and she said it was only the first coat. The moment I saw them dry I was so sad. These are my birthday nails and I’ve never disliked my nails more. They’re thick, and not what I asked for. Going back to the waxes, I they didn’t map the eyebrows as I asked. I don’t mind paying extra for a place that properly waxes. I figured she was quick and efficient since she’s an expert but when I came home I saw that I still have traces of hairs everywhere. I will say the owner is very kind and very quick to answer questions, helpful and attentive but I think once I got home and noticed the quality of work I was given, it made me sad because I hoped to make this my home salon. I did see women that got fills that loved her work so I think if you get fills or gel this is the place for you but if you get a regular mani/pedi or waxes, then I would visit a different location. I have a baby so I don’t have time to drive back or take more time out of my day for things to be fixed when they should’ve been done right the first time and attention to detail should’ve been a priority. The last picture is the inspo pic. I gave a 4/5 still because the owner is very kind, hardworking and is great at certain specialities. I just wanted to share my experience"

"Customer service here was a 10/10. Everyone is so kind and they know what they’re doing. I am very particular about the shape of my nails and quality/duration of the gel and Fina Nail Bar did not disappoint. Highly recommend :)"
