"I had to request a nail fix due to improper failing. Despite the correction, the technician omitted the transparent base coat, leaving a visible and unfinished nail polish effect. Disappointed with the outcome."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had. I came here a week before my daughters wedding. I started with a gel pedicure. She cut my nails so short and did not clean up my cuticles very well. The polish was very uneven and bumpy. Next I had a regular manicure. Again, she didn’t clean up my cuticles very much and put so many thick coats of nail polish on. She told me to put my hands under a fan for 20 minutes. I was very skeptical and I think another girl could see that I wasn’t happy. She came over to check and said the polish was bad and offered to take it off and redo it. I had her take it off and just put a single coat of clear on so I could get out of there. When I left, my toes and fingers looked worse than when I arrived and all just before my daughters wedding. I do not recommend this place!!"

"I was going here and Lisa was doing my nails, she took her time and was detailed. She's gone and I have tried two other people who were horrible. The owners are rude. The female owner did my nails and rushed through; my powder nails barely lasted two weeks. My gel pedicure took two of my nails off. Crazy, I won't be returning. Pictures below show my nails barely two weeks."

"Less than mediocre. I will say that my nail tech gave me a wonderful 10 minute foot massage (as was included in the “lemon pedicure”). However, it said “hot stone” massage and the hot stones were on my legs for about 30 seconds total at the very end. SNS manicure was very disappointing. She filed into my finger until it bled…which I understand accidents happen. But then she did it a second time and would’ve kept going if I didn’t bring it to her attention. I feel like the manicure is lacking any type of finesse, and quite honestly looks like I did it at home. Really really disappointing. My recommendation would be to avoid this place."
