"i just got a gel pedicure on 01/02 and while the experience was great and the people were very kind, the pedicure did not last at all. the polish came off on two toes and for it being 50$ i’m kind of annoyed that the polish is already gone. i do not recommend! if i knew it was going to come off in less than a week i would’ve gotten regular polish and saved myself the money."

"I've been working remotely for weeks due to an illness and was scheduled to return to the office today. I was excited to return to work and naturally wanted to put my best foot forward. This was my first time here and decided to go with a basic mani, pedi and wax my eyebrows and upper lip. The mani and pedi was pretty good but when it came time for my waxing, the manicurist told the owner and the owner told another worker. During the waxing it was painful and she was very rough. I thought it was painful because it had been a while since I waxed my face. After the service was over I paid, left and I went to a restaurant next door and within minutes I felt something happening to my face. I pulled out my phone and I was stunned at what I was looking at. In real time I could see huge rashes developing over my eyes, between my brows and over my lip. On top of the disgusting looking rashes there was a burning sensation over my lip and a blister developing. I told the restaurant I'd be right back and went right back to the salon all the while I could feel my face changing. I get back in there and start showing my face to the workers and they're looking at me like I'm making it up. The owner comes over and takes me to the waxing area to apply cooling gel but it only made it worse. My immediate reaction was to tell her to stop and just refund my money for the wax to which she agreed. We get to the register and she tries offering a gift certificate but I declined and told her I wouldn't be coming back. She returned my $20 and had me sign acknowledging the $20 was returned. There were no apologies, the young woman who messed up my face showed no empathy or even expressed any concern. Needless to say I will not be going back!"

"I came in for a fill-in for my acrylic gel nails and was treated very unprofessionally by the owner and staff. They were not equipped with a vacuum to drill off the hold acrylic and then complained the whole time about the acrylic residue. I explained I just wanted to take off my old acrylic and do gel on my natural nail. They cut, filed and painted 8 my acrylic nails, instead of on my natural nail and upcharged me gel they applied to two nails in which the acrylic had fell off. What should’ve been a $30-40 service (soak off + gel manicure) ended up being $60 with unexplained up charges and the polish chipped HOURS after service. I give them 2 stars because they fixed the chip next day! (Pictures are from less than a week)"

"I would give them zero stars if I could. I would not recommend going there for acrylic nails because of the way they had done it was streaky. the shape of it all was just off like one was slanted towards a different direction and others were straight out it’s slanted different way. I also asked her to do stiletto nails and she said she didn’t know how to do those nails and instead she did almond but it looks really bulky it just looks really not professional. They didn’t use enough acrylic powder either they snapped off the same day."

"Clean service. This is all that matters. They changed the equipment and they hid bibs for the sink 4 stars because they have a menu for spa treatments and I wasn't offered one. I would've enjoyed the extra service."
