"I am saddened to say this was the worst nail experience I had. I had Paulina as a nail tech and just wanted a clean manicure because by the time the tech finished taking my nails off my nails were EXTREMELY thin and painful . She was not paying attention and was looking at what was going on at every other tech. I had high expectations due to the reviews but am sad and dealing with the after effects of not being able touch things as I please because of the brittleness of my nails. Yes, I tipped because service is service and she still took time out of hers to accommodate me. But my nails are not clean kept and she filed them too low til I was in pain and not my nails flip back with the slightest touch of something."
