"My sister and I went to this salon to get our nails done for her wedding because we saw it had good reviews and it was close to the area we were at on the day. We had made two appointments for manicures on Friday at 1:30. When we walked in the lady asked us if we had appointments and we said yes for manicure and she said no for pedicure, the lady then proceeded to tell us we had pedicure appointments two more times before we were taken twenty minutes later. When we finally got seated there was only one lady to do our nails and when I said I wanted acrylics the lady said she could not do acrylic since she did not have any time (even though we had made two appointments). So I had to wait some more until the other lady was done and could do my nails. The lady then proceeded to take over a hour and a half to do my nails (she spent a lot of time filing my nails which I do appreciate because she got the nail shape correct). To top it off, after having my nails for two days only one of them just popped off. I have gotten acrylics before that have only taken an hour to apply and they have stayed on longer with much more wear and tear to them. In addition I had asked for green french tips, in some places you can tell that there is a streak in the green tip. Haven nail salon is unorganized and is not somewhere where I would go back, it was also very expensive (I have gotten the same thing done for half the price somewhere else)."

"I work a block away so after work I come there to get my nails done. They were great and kind to me. I believe the guys name was Jack that did my pedicure the last time and he was wonderful. He took his time and treated my feet good, after a long day of work I needed some TLC to my feet. Wonderful and clean place! Definitely going to make them my permanent place."

"This is such a wonderful place to unwind. Mimi and the rest of the ladies are always talking and laughing.. making my stay there enjoyable. I look forward being there every two weeks. Plus, the girls are knowledgeable about their stuff. About a year ago I had the foot of my couch land on my foot.. it broke my nail and my big toe was black and blue for 4 months. The girl told me it’s not normal and to go to the doctor. I sure did!!! And sure enough, it was infected under my toe nail.. with a few prescribed pills, my toes were good as new thanks to her advice!"

"The ladies are always great here! They do a wonderful job with my gel manicures and I have never been disappointed. Their prices are reasonable and fair. One of my favorite things to do here is bring my little one for a kid's manicure. They always make her feel so special and that's part of what keeps us going back!"
