"Luigi (Sal's son) repaired my shoes by replacing them with half soles and new heels. He took pride in his work and made sure I was aware of each step along the way. He also advised me the front part of the shoe required repair (1st photo) and fixed it without additional charges. About a month after I picked up my shoes, he followed up to make sure I was happy and satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend Luigi to anyone who's looking for repairs on their shoes or any other products, as he's the type of person that puts his clients first and foremost.
