"They are dispatched by American Home Shield. They don’t know the difference between a Kitchen Faucet and Bathroom Faucet. They don’t take responsibilities for their fault. Also you have to followup to hear their excuses that the parts got delivered over the weekend and then you hear back from them that wrong parts (Bathroom Faucet instead of Kitchen faucet) arrived mysteriously. If you ask any questions on their responsibilities, you will be denied of their service. God bless the company."
