Taco Bell

"I love taco bell. But I'm beginning to think the people that work the drive through don't know what making an order supreme means. When I go myself, I go inside to order. And the order generally comes out correctly. When my husband goes, he usually goes to the drive through and it has come out wrong the last 4 to 5 times he's ordered. He has shown me the receipts and pictures of the screen that show he orders it correctly. Maybe they don't care to get drive through orders correct since people don't check them before leaving. I don't know, but paying extra this many times for something we aren't getting... we'll just go somewhere else next time to actually get what we pay for."

"So we gave this particular Taco Bell 5 chances before resorting to leaving a bad review. Tonight’s experience: they packed both Mexican pizzas underneath 10 other food items. By the time we got home 5 mins later, the top of the pizza boxes were crushed and the pizzas ruined. As a vegetarian, I love Taco Bell because you can easily sub out the beef for beans - well this is only a positive IF the staff actually bothers to read the order. My soft taco had beef. This has happened in the past also. We’ve also had issue in the past where they’ve put 2-3 times the amount of beans that should be included. There’s no consistency. Luckily we have 2 other Taco Bell’s within a 7 mile radius that do actually pay attention to the order and so we’ll be patronizing them!"

"My Taco Bell experience was a bit disappointing. While the food was decent, the wait time was excessive. We ended up waiting far longer than expected, which definitely impacted our overall enjoyment. It's unfortunate because the flavors were there, but the lengthy wait took away from the experience. Hopefully, they can work on their service speed to make the dining experience more enjoyable for everyone."

"Food preparation is awful because there's no meat or fillings. Nothing like the pictures on display. In my order I was missing 2 chips with cheese. I wanted my money back, but the very young manager denied me a refund because it was ordered online. I used to go to the Taco Bell in Yorktown Heights, which is excellent, but since this new Taco Bell opened and it's closer I thought I give it a try. But, unfortunately, I will not be going back."

"the experience was good!. I've never had taco bell! so I was Glad tonight I could try it! , i ordered a beef burrito and chicken burrito . chicken was a little spicy and I'm not a fan of spicy but it was still good!. cinnamon twists were yummy! I definitely will come back to this location! love the new stuff and location! cashiers/workers were helpful and nicee! I had a good dinner!"
