"They scam customers too much be aware for the guys named Alex and Daniel they make up excuses to why your policy was canceled and when I call the state farm official office to contact them they get scared and give the full explanation. They will take your money for no reason and give bad excuses."

"This is the second time this office slapped on a renters policy for either myself or a family member that was never asked for. When you call to cancel it they tell you you'll lose your bundle discount ahahaha. The quoted price for the policy is not what is billed either. Stay away from this office who likes to pray on non english speakers who don't know better. The lack of transparency about your policy here is concerning."

"If I could put -5 , I will. This office did a huge mistake with my policy and did not even try to solve it. They by mistake cancelled my insurance for 1 of my cars, and then they report it to the DMV, not even thinking to inform me and at the same time my automatic payment was keep going on, so I didn’t know anything until I received mail from dmv months later. When I present with that situation they told me it will take some time but it resolved. When re-check again with dmv , was the same situation. I went back and they re-assure me that the situation now for sure solved. Then I follow up and they again re-assure me stating that it will take time but if I didn’t receive any mails from dmv, means all good. But when I tried to renew my registration what was up to expired I found that the situation was never solved. When I tried again to solve it with them they just ignored all my calls. By that time I already changed my agent and she was able to solve situation being back and for are with dmv and main State Farm office. And this situation is the biggest, they did multiple other mistakes not as big as this one but still I waist plenty of my time and effort."
