"I recently had to bring my car in for multiple services at KIA in West Nyack and Mike, the Assistant manager made sure my whole process went smoothly from beginning to end. He made sure he explained everything to me that was wrong and everything that had to be done, answered all my questions, took pictures to show me, and told me the cost up front.
