"Tried to call to get quotes for a full set of insurances for me and my family. I have filled the form online with my info, and, literally SECONDS later, got an email and a phone call from their robot. I was told to wait to be transferred to "one of our insurance experts". Hang up after five minutes on hold. 15 minutes later, I get a call from an "Expert" who, after getting all the information ( bio, contact, and health history ), says that I will be contacted with quotes. Ever since, I get an email every day from their robot with "login to see your quotes" but there are no quotes there. messaging their support resulted in an email with "we don't have your phone number or the necessary info for the quotes" ( even though the first guy I spoke with said he took notes and claimed that the conversation was recorded; as for the phone number, THEY CALLED ME ). Basically, this is either plain incompetence, or mocking their customer."
