"Nice people but that’s the only reason I give 3 stars. I went for a hot shave. Cut up my neck, didn’t fully shave left hair to be shaved. Also afterwards I looked in mirror and still was covered with hair that wasn’t wiped off after shave. Had to go home and reshave to finish the $60 job I paid for. Disappointed in my first and last hot shave I will ever get. Sorry but it wasn’t worth it for me having to go home clean my face and reshave it"
