"I sent my SO here who needed a root canal. This office made him wait over a month for “insurance to approve” the procedure in order for the office to refer us out. I got my insurance provider and the office on a 3 way call where my insurance admitted no request was ever sent by this office. Arden then stated they would make a request and still never did. We went with another provider who did it within a week. I would never suggest this place to anyone."

"I have been a customer for more than 10 years. The doctor and the dental hygienist are knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The receptionist was rude and disrespectful. Made the office look bad. Complained to the doctor. Still waiting for the apology from the receptionist. This happened on June 16th at 11am."

"I would not recommend this dentist. When I scheduled my initial appointment, I scheduled an oral exam and cleaning. When I got there, I had an x ray done and the Dr looked in my mouth briefly and then had me schedule to come back for a cleaning. I went back for this cleaning yesterday, at my scheduled time but was the last appointment. I was brought back at 5:20pm and was out of the door by 5:33pm. My cleaning lasted 10 minutes. I have never had a cleaning like that in my life and I’m 31. I left with my gums bleeding, which I understand happens and have had happen, but from the rushed 10 minute “cleaning” my gum was the most inflamed I have ever seen it with dried blood around the gum line. Regardless, a 10 minute cleaning is absolutely inappropriate and felt completely rushed, causing more damage to my gums. I will be reporting this experience to my insurance carrier as I don’t even see what they would bill them for."

"Dr. Pavlov is my doctor more than 10 years. So professional dentist! Price is reasonable. Warranty on all works. Love this place. In spring 2020, during Covid pandemic, I was in emergency. So, office was not working at that time. But, they opened office special for me and helped. It's priceless. Recommended!"
