"I have been going to Sal for years, including at his former location near Panera. I noticed he often drops his brush on client 's heads when drying their hair. I thought this was an honest mistake, until it just happened to me! When I told Sal it hurt, he just laughed and said "It Happens." No apology or anything! This is no way to treat a long time customer. I will never return to this barber shop! Great customer service!"
