"The customer service here is horrible. We went yesterday to purchase sneakers for my son, but ultimately decided not to purchase after the transaction at the cashier was made (using a VISA gift card we had). We were told the transaction was cancelled and the funds were debited back into our card. However, upon checking the card balance, we see the balance is at $0. We have been trying to call the store to address the situation, however the system keeps hanging up on us, there is no way for us to contact any staff member at the store, not even using the chat function on the website. When trying to call other Foot Locker locations, the same issue of being hung up on when selected "speak to a staff member". Does Foot Locker not offer customer service to its clients? Completely ridiculous."
