"I went in there yesterday afternoon to get my son a pair of shoes for school. He picked one, we asked for the size, when the employee came with the shoes he only give us one shoes out of the pair, and took the box with the other shoes and put it behind the register. I asked him if I could get the other shoes and he brought it to me but keep the box behind the register, and I took offense to that.I ask the lady at the register it was customary for them to do something like that she said yeah the the do that to everyone but I’m always in the area and I’m going to there every now and then and I better not see anyone with a Box especially someone who isn’t black."

If the shoe is brand new , it shouldn’t be looking like this . I will be returning theses and getting my money back . Can we also talk about the customer service ?
