"I went in with hair I was growing out for four months for a little trim before thanksgiving. The woman I went to I told her I liked how my hair looks long and want a little cut off, but want the top and the back to stay long. She went through my hair once and I told her it looked good. Then she continued cutting the top of my hair making it shorter on the top and completely getting rid of all the hair I had growing on the back of my head. I have been going here since I was like 8 now I’m 19 and never going back here. I will also be wearing a hat on my head based off how mad she messed up my hair."

"I came in close to closing time with plenty of barbers waiting to cut. I was directed to see someone who had never been in the shop before and seems like had never cut hair in his life.he did not have a certificate to cut hair and was filling in at someone’s station. Right there I should have known that was a red flag. I asked for a simple skin fade a little off the top and 45 mins in he wasn’t even done with one side of my head, told him to not cut the top or even line my beard as I would have been there for 3 hrs. Not only did I not get the haircut I wanted but he couldn’t even do the skin face correctly. I have patches of thick hair going all the way up my head. I cannot even being to explain how disappointed I am in this barber shop. I have been going there for years and I can’t believe they would willingly push a customer to a barber who cannot provide the service that they need. I will never be going back to this barber shop again"
