"I have been living upstate for almost 10 years now. During those 10 years I looked for a salon that would give me what I asked for. It would never happen. I winded up going back to Brooklyn to get my hair done regularly (2 hours each way). I went to this salon as a walk-in recommended by a friend. I can't tell you how happy I left there.
