"Total of four people in the store. Wasn’t greeted by any. In order to get assistance, I had to walk up to the registers and still no one came to do what they are being paid for. Good store though, lots of selections adults and kids but inevitably, we walked out."

"Horrible customer service From the moment I walked nobody greeted me. I found sneakers I liked for my kids looked for somebody to help me out the whole staff was in the front cashier just taking and not being attentive to nobody. I walked up to them and told them what sizes I wanted and they just looked at each other and kept talking. There was no other customer in the the store by the way. One of the staff members gets the shoes for my kids and pretty much just hands them to me in a bad manner and walks away doesn’t ask “hey do they fit” or anything like other places do. I end up buying the sneakers btw I Will NEVER Shop here again"

"Great customer service, answered the phone promptly. Was greeted by their team upon arrival and they got me everything I needed super fast. Also decent in-stock and early GR sneakers. Would recommend for pickup (ship to store option). Very smooth, will do business again. Also location is a pretty straight shot from anywhere in the state if you're looking to make the trip. "I went into the store to purchase Nike Air Raid. Snipes website advertise them on sale for $79.99. In-store $89.99/. I asked a clerk if I could get them for the online price. He went to check with his manager and was told No. To not honor your own website price without any explanation is unprofessional and False advertisement. Not a happy experience at this store."

"Went there today to get sneakers since since I was traveling to a concert and didnt have a pair with me. I don't usually wear them. I was greeted right away and was helped by a couple of ready and able staff. The manager took extra care to tell me where two new stores had opened in my area in case I had to return them. As it turned out, I had to return one of the shoes and was able to do so here and the transaction was seamless."
