"He told me that I should pull my baby teeth approximately 4 years ago because I have two baby canine teeth with no adult teeth to replace. (Rare Condition) He said pull them. Then get braces followed by implants. Why? He said they would surely fall out soon.... I'm 20yrs old now and I have been to NYU dentist Surprise!!!! I was told they look good and keep them as long as they are healthy.. Shady business!!"

"I was a 20yr plus Guinea Pig of Doctor Mikes . Example: I chipped my front teeth and he shaved them down and put white hardening paste.. Needles to say it chipped. He tried Twice and chip chip .... Had me referred out to have all 4 wisdom teeth pulled even though they were perfectly healthy.. He told my daughter to pull 2 canine baby teeth, and get implants, because they would fall out soon. (She has rare condition that left her without adult teeth). Infact NYU dentist said opposite. He was a young dentist, and I was a young patient . I forgave him and continued care. I was about 20 years of age.... I'm 35 yrs today And I Arrived at 12:06pm for schedule 12:30 appointment . His Receptionist messed up the order on patients to be seen, and a small argument erupted with Mike myself and other female. I was taken in at that time where they took x-rays. Then taken to the back. When I tried to tell Dr Mike about how this error occurred he became sarcastic and defensive over the female Spanish receptionist who made the errors All I was trying to do was give him insight to help his office run smooth. Welp he refused do do oral exam and with a hostile attitude said he would do another day. This was confusing because again aIl I did was respectfully was give feedback.. During him ranting and with some thought I agreed with his choice to not continue I was Definitely frustrated because I was there for a cavity from hell, but Honestly I wouldn't want him in my mouth with a drill with his present attitude.. I explained I don't intend on rescheduling Ever, So I don't expect to be billed for x-rays that I didn't receive feedback for. With the hostile and disrespectful arrogant tone he was serving I did not want to stay another minute in his office. I said I will have the clinic who will actually do oral exam and work claim payment. Dr Mike the dentist has gotten better at his work, but his attitude and customer service has declined. My advice dont give feed back to him, if you want him to complete his service. I myself will be seeing a new provider tomorrow... Hope this was insightful"

"Worst place and so ghetto and dirty. The receptionist is also very rude and ghetto. The dentist is also very mean. Worst bad side manner of all time. People who's going to the dentist to begin with but it's gray, Not painted well and very gloomy. But I was just literally joking with him and he snapped at me and said don't put words in my mouth. Straight attitude. Do not go. There are plenty of better Dentists."
