"Unfortunately was referred here for all 4 of my wisdom teeth extractions. I was instructed not to eat after a certain time due to my early am appt. The day of my extraction I waited over 4 hours to even get the procedure done. Then the dental assistant had an attitude slamming objects down; when the surgeon finally came in the sedation medication wasn't even set up so that wasted an additional 15 mins. After the procedure they didn't even take 5 mins to inform my family member on after care, didn't even provide me with an aftercare kit of gauze to help keep anything clean. To top all off they never sent any antibiotics or pain meds to my requested pharmacy because "they couldn't find it"; despite having a full address for the CVS before we left. I spent all weekend in pain and currently have a fever due to their negligence. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this underground dungeon cause I'm deeply regretting it right now."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY!! Nurse Denisea and Supervisor Iyana are extremely unprofessional, rude and should not be in the medical field. A minor was taken to get wisdom teeth pulled and was supposed to be put to sleep, the child woke up mid procedure and told the nurse she was in pain and the nurse Denisea replied "it doesn't hurt, you can't feel anything" and they continued the procedure. When in recovery the mother was kicked out the room by the same unprofessional nurse, and in front of the child who speaks spanish, Denisea in spanish said to a different nurse "I don't know why her mother was here and I don't know why the girl is crying if she didn't feel anything". When the office was called to make a formal complaint the situation was explained and the supervisor Iyana refused to file or report the incident and hung up the call. They disregard your concerns and do not offer any type of help or even an ounce of compassion, on top of that they will bill you insurance for services that you are not receiving. Another medical mal practice waiting to happen at this office. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY!!!"

"11/7/2023 Had an appointment for a root canal today at 10:30, arrived at 10am for the receptionist to say she didn't see my appointment. I go downstairs to sign in and hand in my paperwork, there are four ladies sitting at the desk and none of them acknowledge my presence. Two Dominican men come down after and got help immediately. I interjected because I know they seen me standing there waiting. The lady takes my paperwork and throws it to the side as the proceed to speak in Spanish and laugh. Sitting and waiting they have called two people to the back that came in well after my arrival. This place is very racist and I plan on filing a complaint. This is not the first it has happened. They are rude and very unprofessional. I will never come back here again.."

"The worst dental place ever! Most places tell you your co-pay amount before your appointment, not here they make you wait all day then to see if your insurance covers and if they don’t and you have to pay out of pocket and you don’t have it, they will not service you. The wait time is is insane even if you have an appointment. Not enough chairs so people can seat! Waiting to be called with an appointment is 3/4 hours and no guarantee that you actually be serviced."
