"Since my 1st. Appt. @ Fordham Dental Associates, I've encountered nothing but, timely and professional service. I've been searching for a dental practice about 4 to 5 years. The 1st time, I used a dental service for needing dentures. I used a place in 149th St., I've encountered nothing, but poor and untimely service. I ended up with dentures big and uncomfortable. My fault, cause I was afraid of saying anything to this dentist. Cause when I did ask questions, I was replied with answers, like "wait it only feels like this now or I should have mentioned this earlier, now I have to wait 1 year, that is the next time my insurance would pay for work. I waited 6 years searching new services. And I could not get passed the inquiry stage. It was always, they do not take my insurance. Which I did not understand cause my insurance was straight medicaid and medicare. I started using 3rd party, about 4 years ago. But, from the 1st inquiry Fordham Dental Associates, they accepted the me from my first inquiry. And like I mentioned from beginning of this testimonial. They are the BEST."

"The last time I get a clean the dentist was rough cleaning it. N RASTOGIThe same dentist did not do my mom denture good. the manager fix it. The employee are nice. But not carmen with my mom. And I notice do not clean the bathroom and waiting room. Do not smell. Need paint the office N RASTOGI NEED TO TIREMENT. "The doctor did a procedure on my teeth and he did not explain anything. We as patients are not obligated to know about the procedures. I am very disappointed, I cry everyday when I think in my poor teeth. If you don’t ask, the doctor will never tell you anything. Everything “it’s ok” for him. They treat you sarcastically as if you were bothering. The equipment are old and dirty. Teeth cleaning is horrible."
