"What a wonderful experience! I called the office and explained to Jeanette that my elderly Mom was having an issue with her very old dentures. Jeanette was lovely and very patient. I brought Mom in, and was greeted warmly by Mildred, who was so friendly and kind. Naomi brought my Mom in the back for an xray, and she was so sweet and caring to my Mom. Jelissa came in the room to greet my Mom, and she too was amazing and sweet. Dr. Joseph took such great care of my Mom, was so pleasant to speak with, as I was permitted in the exam room, and he assured us that new dentures were not needed at the time; he simply made an adjustment and prescribed some medication. I have had experience with dentists in the past who performed unnecessary and costly procedures on me personally. It's not often that you seek a second opinion on root canals, so I have had some apprehension about seeking care for dental issues. I worried that taking my Mom to a new dentist would result in a new set of costly dentures, even if she really didn't need them. I was so incredibly pleased with the whole process, the warmth of the staff, the caring doctor, and the fact that my family wasn't being convinced that a costly procedure was required. It was so worth the 800 mile roundtrip from Buffalo to come here, and I will continue to make that trip again to bring Mom for her checkups here. Thank you so very much!"
