"Do NOT use this shoemaker. I took a pocketbook to be repaired. He charged me $20 and two weeks later it ripped apart, when I went back he said he never fixed it and never charged me $20 and stared yelling at me and told me I was never there !!Man is rude, nasty and does terrible work. Save your time and $ !!!!!"

"I went to see if a purse could be repaired and the person that always sees me was very rude, he walked away while I was still talking to him and I had to shout to ask a question. The last time that I was there he charged me $15.00 for the repair of the shoes and when my cousin went to pick them up, he charged her $10.00for the same shoes, I went to get the overcharge money back and asked him how much was exactly because he was charging to different amounts. I do not recommend this business at all! I do not trust him."

"This was fixing my sole. Update: Like two months later, both sides are coming off now. What exactly did I pay him for. Just some back story, these originally had a light brown soles, semi-matching the shoelaces sole. I damaged them and asked them to be replaced. When I got them back, they were black. Although I was a little upset, I assumed he didnt have the type / style they came with, which is why he replaced it with black. However, he never told me and I didnt ask, I just accepted it. I also cannot go back because I live on the other side of the Atlantic now."

"Listen up people. This guy is a professional. He did an outstanding job replacing a completely broken zipper on my backpack. Phenomenal job, like new. And it was 6 years old. Thrilled with his work. Going into the store, I noticed he is efficient and stocked with everything you need for shoe repair. People reviewing negatively for rudeness or personality differences is not fair and not accurate. It's laughable people want to review badly because they didn't get milk and cookies. Get outta here. I highly recommend this shop. Great price, excellent service, and a good hearted owner who takes care of his clients. Couldn't be happier with the service and value. Stellar. 10 out of 10, recommend."
